Residents are mentioned in the books and in the Whiskey Pines Journal. You will exist, at least fictionally, in a town on Lake Michigan with excellent coffee and a suspicious number of unsolved crimes. There are people who would pay considerably more for that.
Eventually, Residents will also have first access to virtual real estate in Whiskey Pines. That’s coming. It’s going to be something.

When does the Charter Founder offer end?
The $39 Charter Founder pricing is available for the first 90 days only. After that, the price returns to the regular $99. There’s no countdown timer; we’ll simply close it when the window closes.
What is the Tool Closet?
The Tool Closet is the residents-only corner of roxiemaxx.com. Behind each door is something different: bonus content, interactive games, recipes from Della Mae’s Cafeteria, fortune-telling with Kenzie, the local Whiskey Pines forecast, hidden-object puzzles, jigsaws, crosswords, and a suggestion box that goes straight to Roxie. New rooms get added over time. Residents see them first.
Is the password really lifetime?
Yes. One payment of $39 buys you permanent access. There are no monthly fees, no annual renewals, no expiration dates. Whiskey Pines doesn’t evict people.
Do I get future books free?
Yes. Every digital Roxie Maxx book published from now on is included in your residency, free, as it’s released. Past books, present books, future books. All of them.
Can I share my password?
Please don’t. Your residency is for you. We trust our readers to be honest people, but we do track access to spot abuse. If a password starts being shared widely, we have to retire it and reissue. That hurts everyone, including you. Be a good neighbor.
What if I lose my password?
Email kim@roxiemaxx.com from the address you used to purchase. We’ll send your password back within a day. We’re a small operation, but we’re responsive.
What is your refund policy?
Because the Residency grants immediate access to digital content, we don’t offer refunds once the password has been delivered. If you have a problem with your purchase, email us within 7 days and we’ll work with you. We’re reasonable.
