All Sales Are Final

All products sold in the Roxie Maxx bookshop are digital products — EPUB files and web-based reading editions. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

The file you received was corrupted or technically unreadable
You were charged but never received access to your purchase
A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

How to Request Help

Email kim@roxiemaxx.com with the subject line "Purchase Issue" and include:

Your name and email address used for purchase
The date of purchase
A description of the problem

We respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days.

Residency Memberships

The Whiskey Pines Residency is a one-time lifetime membership. Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, residency memberships are non-refundable. If you have any technical difficulty accessing your content, please reach out and we will resolve it promptly.
