We Don't Ship — Everything Is Digital

The Roxie Maxx bookshop is 100% digital. We do not sell or ship physical products of any kind — no books, no merchandise, no packages. There are no shipping charges, no tracking numbers, and no waiting by the mailbox. 📬

How You Receive Your Purchase

When you purchase a book, you will receive one of the following:

EPUB Edition — A downloadable file delivered instantly after payment. Compatible with Apple Books, Kobo, Kindle (via Send-to-Kindle), Calibre, and most e-reading apps.
Web App Edition — A link to read the book directly in your browser. No app or download required — just click and read.

Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. You will receive your download link or access instructions immediately after your purchase is complete.

If you do not receive your link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at kim@roxiemaxx.com.

Physical Products in the Future

If physical products (such as print books or merchandise) become available in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect shipping rates, timelines, and carriers at that time.
